M.Sc in Psychology from GC with a gold medal and roll of honor. At
Government College Lahore I was actively involved in Dramatic Club
and Music Society.
During Doctorate study I went to Nicaragua for a year where I worked
with mentally retarded adults.
In 1999 I moved to Britain, where I obtained a statement of
equivalence and membership of clinical division of the British
Psychological Society. I worked as a clinical psychologist in the
National Health Service in UK until 2005 when I joined GCU as a
foreign faculty professor under HEC foreign faculty hiring program.
I taught for nearly two years in both the Clinical Psychology Unit
and the Psychology Department and since October 2007 have been
working exclusively at the Psychology Department.
