| Biography: |
I did my metric from St. Anthony’s High School and FSc from FC
College University, Lahore. From GC University, Lahore I did my
Graduation and Master’s in Psychology in 1987 and was awarded
academic roll of honour. I obtained MPhil from University of
Punjab, Lahore. In 1996, I became Fellow and Diplomate of ABMP, USA.
I also studied at University of Warwick, UK from where I got MSc. in
Mental Health and I was awarded Doctorate in 2006 by University of
Leicester, UK.
I am currently working as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at GC
University, Lahore, where I am teaching of PhD, MPhil and BSc (Hons)
students. As HEC Approved PHD Supervisor, I am also supervising PhD
and MPhil Research in my area of specialization.
My areas of interests include: positive psychology, music psychology
and psychotherapy. My book; ‘Understanding Psychology’ has
been published in UK. I had also co-authored; ‘Psychology and Social
Sciences for MRCPsych Exams in UK’ and currently working on my
another book; ‘Freud to Frankl: A Critical History of
Psychotherapy’. |
