Government College Lahore, which is now an acclaimed public sector
University, has a rich tradition of academic excellence. The world
renowned literati, scientific and intellectual research scholars
have been associated with our institution at different points in
time. Pedagogues and literatures of such rare vintage as Dr. Leitner, Maulana Muhammad Hussain Azad, Dr. Muhammad Iqbal, Prof.
Ahmad Shah Patras Bokahri, Sufi Tabassum, Faiz Ahmad Faiz, N.M.
