Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, Talent Hunt Youth Sports League Table Tennis (Women) Trials has been conducted at Multi Purpose Sports Hall GCU Lahore on 21 - 22 November 2023. 

Talented players (women) aging between 15-25 years from Lahore region have arrived for trials and exhibited their skills in order to get selected in the regional team that will compete against 4 other regions at the forthcoming Provincial Level competition. 

GCU Lahore has organised the trials at 6 regional locations of Punjab excluding Lahore under the auspices of Higher Education Commission Pakistan. 

Today marks the last day of Regional Trials in Punjab Province and we are preparing to deliver the true taste of Lahori hospitality to 5 regional teams at the Provincial Headquarters very soon at the Provincial league.

The Vice Chancellor GCU Lahore Prof. Dr. Ahmed Adnan has graced the occasion as chief guest. He’s appreciated the participation and inclusion of women into the game of table tennis. 

Director Sports UVAS Rana Amjad Iqbal, Director Sports GCU Faisalabad Zeeshan Khan and President Pakistan Table Tennis Federation Ahmer Malik have also joined the ongoing trials. Souvenirs and gifts were presented to the respected guests to acknowledge their presence and commitment to the game.
