The Government College University (GCU) Lahore has announced MS/MPhil admissions for Fall 2025 in 36 disciplines. Registration is now open for the GCU-GAT, a mandatory entrance test for all MPhil and MS programs. The University is offering admissions in 29 disciplines at its Main Campus on Katchery Road and 7 disciplines at the New Campus in Kala Shah Kaku (KSK).

 According to the announced schedule, the GCU-GAT will be conducted on May 31 and June 1, 2025, while the last date to apply is May 23, 2025. The GCU-GAT result is expected to be announced on June 10.

 Candidates who secure at least 50 percent marks in the GCU-GAT will be declared eligible to apply for admission. Students awaiting the results of their BS (Hons) final semester (Semester 8) are also provisionally allowed to apply.

 The GCU-GAT comprises four sections: English, Mathematics, Analytical, and Subject-based, with a total of 100 marks.
