The Mihas Art Gallery is located in the New Block of the University. The Gallery houses permanent displays of fine and decorative art from the University's collections also. Elements of these displays are changed on regular basis.

Aslam Minhas was an artist, educator, and founder of the Fine Arts Department at Government College Lahore (Now GC University, Lahore). He was born on 20 August 1932. He received a Master degree in Fine Arts from Punjab University in 1960. Minhas joined Government College Lahore in 1961. He taught Fine Arts at undergraduate level. After the retirement Minhas was expired at the age of 62 in Lahore on August 8, 1994.
The Minhas Gallery is situated in the New Block Building of GC University, Katchery Road, Lahore.
