GCU decides to reform 22-year old grading system
The Government College University Lahore is going to replace a 22-year old relative grading system by a rubric-based absolute marking system. Old Ravian donates for COVID-19 infected GCU employees
Eminent Old Ravian and businessman Mr Nasir Ali on Monday announced an amount of rupees twenty-five thousand for each staff member of Government College University Lahore who is infected by COVID-19 and require extensive treatment. GCU to offer salaries to top postgraduate students: Vice Chancellor
The Government College University Lahore will offer salaries to postgraduate students to attract brightest minds across the world from September 2021. These studentships will comprise not just monthly salaries but also fee waivers for the selected top MPhil and PhD scholars. The Government College University Lahore has postponed its Convocation that's scheduled to be held on Friday, March 19 and Saturday, March 20, 2021.
