Naat, Qiraat contest held at GCU
The Hazrat Hassaan Bin Saabit (R.A.) Internal Naat and Qiraat Competition was held here at the Government College University Lahore under the auspices of its Debating Society. A large number of male and female students from different departments of the university participated in the contest. Accord signed to establish Women Development Center at GCU

GCU Lahore gets Rs. 1.84 billion development projects
The federal and provincial governments have initiated four development projects worth Rs 1,840.75 million for the uplift of Government College University Lahore. Out of this highest ever development funds allocation for GCU, a budget of Rs. 410 million is allocated for the fiscal year 2021-22 only. Phase-I of GCU's New Campus completed
The Government College University Lahore has successfully completed Phase-I of the construction in its 400 acres New Campus at the Kala Shah Kaku with a cost of Rs. 997.608 million.
